Currently, only the MoxeeTM Mobile Hotspot and select Cricket network compatible BYOD devices can be used with Simply Data plans. At this time, 5G access will only be available on Cricket 5G devices. Check data only device compatibility. Note: 5G service is not yet available for BYOD devices.

You can also swing by your local store. 

Yes, of course. You'll just need to pay the difference. When you change your plan, we prorate the charges for the rest of your billing cycle, so you'll only pay for the days you use the service.
