Automatic Multi-Line Discounts
If you add more than one line on the $55/mo. or $60/mo Unlimited Plan, your multi-line discount will be automatically added.
Account Changes that will automatically move you to the new discount:
- Add a new line
- Cancel a line or transfer a phone number to another carrier
- Change a plan
- Move a line from one account to another (both old and new account will receive new discounts)
- Restore a suspended or canceled line
Multi-Line Discount and Auto Pay Credit
Accounts receiving a Multi-Line discount are not eligible for the Auto Pay credit or select promotional offers.
If you are currently receiving the Auto Pay credit as a single line account, and you add a new Multi-Line-eligible line of service to your account, you will no longer receive the $5/mo. Auto Pay credit (even if you leave Auto Pay turned on). But don't worry, we'll automatically apply the Multi-Line discount to your account. You'll save even more!
