Your Cricket Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service have been updated.
We have updated the Cricket Wireless Terms and Conditions of Service (“Agreement”) that apply to your Cricket service.
These updates take effect starting July 24, 2024, for existing customers who activated service on or before June 4, 2024. If you change or activate new Cricket service between June 4, 2024 and July 24, 2024 and agree to the updated Agreement during that transaction, the updated Agreement will start applying to you at that time.
What’s new?
Here is a summary of the updates, but please read the entire agreement carefully.
- We have clarified that if you change your rate plan to a less expensive rate plan, the change will take effect the next time your rate plan renews.
- We have added a link to Wi-Fi terms of service in Section 2.2.4 of the Agreement.
How do I accept these terms?
- By using or paying for Cricket services on or after July 24, 2024, you are agreeing to the terms of the updated Agreement.
When do these updates apply to me?
- If you activate or change any Cricket product or service on or after June 4, 2024 and agree to the updated Agreement during that transaction, the updated Agreement applies to you as of that date.
- Otherwise, the updated Agreement will apply to you starting on July 24, 2024.
What if I don’t agree to these updates?
- If you’re an existing customer who signed up for all of your Cricket services before June 4, 2024, and you don’t want to agree to the updated terms, you can contact customer service to terminate all of your Cricket services before July 24, 2024. Continued use of Cricket services on or after July 24, 2024 means that you agree to the updates. Visit cricketwireless.com/contactus for contact information.
- If you want to keep your Cricket services but reject the changes to the Arbitration Agreement, you have the right to do that within 30 days. By rejecting the changes to the Arbitration Agreement, you are agreeing that you will arbitration any dispute between us in accordance with section 1.3.2 of the prior Arbitration Agreement.
